QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ANTERIOR CHAMBER ANGLE WITH ANTERIOR SEGMENT OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY (ASOCT) BEFORE AND AFTER LASER PERIPHERAL IRIDOTOMY

To measure the Anterior Chamber depth, chamber angle with segment OCT and measuring intra ocular pressure before after Laser Peripheral Iridotomy in Primary Angle closure Disease. Methods: In primary patients both males females are selected variable ages. (AC) angles examined Gonioscopy configuration classified Shaffer System (1960) (1)The Intra Ocular Pressure (IOP) recorded applanation Tonometer. (LPI) performed indicated cases AC IOP 3 days, 6 weeks months. Conclusions: Glaucoma depth remarkably increased LPI. also is decreased Hyper Tension. LPI proved to be effective almost all Closure Suspect, Closure, OHT, Glaucoma.
